Katharine Harvey has been a Director at PUCF since 2007. Her passion is to provide more affordable housing to needy people in Toronto. She has a 35-year artistic practice in painting, installation, and public art, studying at Queen’s University (BFA) and University of Victoria, B.C. (MFA). Harvey recently finished two major commissions: a window element and wall mosaics for the TTC’s Chester Subway; and hand-painted glass wall features at 25 Richmond Street East. www.katharineharvey.com Katharine is based in Toronto and has exhibited across Canada, as well as in Hamburg, New York, Los Angeles, Monterey Bay, and Washington, D.C.
