The building cladding system on Phoenix Place Tower shows some signs of wall damage and water retention so the engineering report has called for major repairs to be completed on the outside walls this Summer. The Contractor has been selected and we are expecting work to start in July/early August. Most likely the repairs will last for 10 to 12 weeks on each side of the building. There will be no work performed inside of the building nor individual units at this time. The contractors will work from a swing stage and address the repairs. The colour of the building will change so we’ll have completely new look to the building. Eventually, a portion of the parking lot will be closed during the repairs of the south wall. We’ll inform you in a timely manner and organize the parking permits for those affected. Thank you for your co-operation.
